Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and disciplined Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products maintain strong market presence, achieving sales targets, and supporting our agents across multiple sales points including shops, supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, bars, and kiosks. Your focus will be on product availability, display management, sales monitoring, and customer relationship building.

How to Apply
Ensure agents’ stores open on time and begin field activities early daily.
Cover all designated sales points within your territory and monitor product availability and expiry dates.
Arrange and maintain attractive displays for our products in stores and outlets.
Accompany agents’ sales teams on routes, supervising their activities and escalating any issues to your supervisor or manager promptly.
Track inventory levels and follow up on restocking orders to prevent stockouts.
Monitor company-branded fridges to ensure correct product displays and no competitor products are present.
Carry and promote all company brands (soda, water, energy drinks, juice, biscuits) in appropriate quantities during field visits. Failure to promote all brands may attract penalties.
Maintain and grow market share created by promotions, especially for water products.
Ensure promotional bonuses are correctly given to customers; failure to do so will be treated as dishonesty.
Always carry promotional posters during route visits and ensure they are displayed prominently and replaced if missing.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company pricing, products, and business practices—do not disclose to competitors.
Achieve at least 85% of assigned sales targets; failure to meet this for three consecutive months may result in termination.
Report any agents mixing other products either in distribution or at stores.
Advise depot managers to organize products properly to avoid damages and expiries.
Communicate professionally and exclusively through company channels with agents and customers.
Uphold integrity by refusing bribes and unethical incentives from agents or customers.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company at all times.
Educate customers on products and leverage profit strategies to promote slow-moving items.
Enforce territorial respect among agents and prevent product dumping.
Abstain from alcohol consumption during working hours.
Take care of company property including phones and laptops; negligence will result in costs being charged to you.
Submit daily sales reports to the data office and weekly summaries to your supervisor.
Monitor advertisements on radio and TV, reporting outdated or incorrect pricing adverts to management.
Build strong customer relationships; know your customers by name and ensure they know you.
Handle any entrusted funds with utmost integrity to avoid legal consequences.
Prevent overcharging in your territory; violations may lead to termination and loss of benefits.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role within a high-volume environment.
Proven market knowledge with 2–3 years of hands-on sales experience.
