Department: Maintenance / Operations
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
DASEN EP & Recycling Technology Co. Ltd is seeking five experienced Machine Mechanics to support our recycling operations in Kakerenge, Wakiso. The primary role is to service, maintain, and repair machinery used in our recycling processes to ensure high efficiency and minimal downtime.

How to Apply
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues on production and recycling machinery.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Dismantle and reassemble machinery for repairs and upgrades.
Replace or fabricate parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
Collaborate with electricians and production teams to support overall plant operations.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry standards.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a machine mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical manuals.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to work in a production facility, including lifting and operating heavy equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a recycling, plastics, or industrial production facility.
Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus.
