Job Description
Café Africa Uganda (CAU) and the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (ICA) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified and passionate individuals to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme.
Positions under Café Africa Uganda (CAU)
Locations: Kampala and various coffee-growing districts in Uganda
Social Infrastructure Officer (3 Positions)
Role Summary:
Oversee the development and enhancement of social infrastructure that supports gender and youth inclusion in the coffee value chain.

Conduct assessments of local infrastructure needs (e.g., access to markets, water, community centers).
Promote inclusive community engagement and mobilization.
Work with partners to integrate gender and social equity into local planning processes.
Report on the social impact of infrastructure interventions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or Community Development.
Training in gender mainstreaming or social inclusion is highly desirable.
3+ years of experience in community development projects.
