About the Organisation
The EYE-C programme, funded by the Mastercard Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising aBi Development Ltd, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. Job Description
Café Africa Uganda (CAU) and the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (ICA) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified and passionate individuals to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme.
Locations: Kampala and various coffee-growing districts in Uganda

Gender Officer (3 Positions)
Role Summary:
Ensure the integration of gender equality principles into all programme activities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Human Rights, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in gender-focused roles.
