Job Description
The Visual Content Producer will identify content needs across the War Child Alliance network, develop creative material, and manage content effectively. They will oversee corporate video and photography production from pre-production through to post-production, manage brand and corporate asset production, and maintain a comprehensive corporate image library. Additionally, the role includes building capacity within the network to ensure high-quality visual content production.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify content needs and support content requests for external communications.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, narratives, and briefings.
Manage the shared content bank and maintain quality content.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate video and photography projects.
Recruit and manage freelance videographers and photographers.
Oversee production logistics, budgets, and costs.
Direct videographers, photographers, and support staff during production.
Edit and finalize raw video and photo materials into polished productions.
Produce digital assets for social media channels.
Plan and coordinate brand and corporate design requests.
Oversee design outputs in line with Scopes of Work (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage third-party design agencies for brand design outputs.
Manage the corporate image library, including archiving, tagging, and metadata addition.
Ensure compliance with branding and child safeguarding standards.
Update organizational units on new library content.
Build capacity across the War Child Alliance network in video and photography skills.
Deliver workshops and training on video and photography techniques.
Improve workflows and processes related to visual content production.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A bachelor's degree in film, photography, media, management, production, or a related field.
Proven experience in video and photography production with a quick turnaround.
Proficiency with video production equipment and post-production applications (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
