Job Description
Develop and execute strategies for market coverage through various channels.
Lead direct sales teams, employee benefits programs, and segment channels.
Collaborate with marketing and CVM teams for engagement strategies.
Oversee customer engagement models and ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate and manage executive-level customer relationships.
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Establish and implement innovative sales and promotional plans.
Oversee sales team training and development.
Identify key markets for revenue growth and customer targeting.
Manage customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Monitor and report segment performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Develop and oversee sales and service budgets.
Lead business planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy execution.
Supervise project execution, compliance, and risk management.
Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a customer-centric culture.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Define and drive Large Enterprise sales strategy and go-to-market plans.
Lead sales teams and business development activities.
Develop and maintain strategic customer engagement models.
Manage relationships with key enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
Negotiate, close, and oversee key sales transactions.
Align sales efforts with marketing and product development teams.
Monitor and manage budget compliance and performance reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
Develop talent within the organization through training and mentorship.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of a 3-year tertiary education in Sales, Financial, Marketing, or Communication.
10+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years in the relevant industry.
5 years of business development experience.
10+ years in sales, including managing sales teams and developing channels.
5+ years of leadership experience in Sales and Channel Management.
Experience in business planning and revenue forecasting.
Proven experience in building alternative sales channels within Enterprise.
Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies is an advantage.
