  • Develop and execute strategies for market coverage through various channels.

  • Lead direct sales teams, employee benefits programs, and segment channels.

  • Collaborate with marketing and CVM teams for engagement strategies.

  • Oversee customer engagement models and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Negotiate and manage executive-level customer relationships.

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

  • Establish and implement innovative sales and promotional plans.

  • Oversee sales team training and development.

  • Identify key markets for revenue growth and customer targeting.

  • Manage customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Monitor and report segment performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Develop and oversee sales and service budgets.

  • Lead business planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy execution.

  • Supervise project execution, compliance, and risk management.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a customer-centric culture.

  • Define and drive Large Enterprise sales strategy and go-to-market plans.

  • Lead sales teams and business development activities.

  • Manage relationships with key enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.

  • Negotiate, close, and oversee key sales transactions.

  • Align sales efforts with marketing and product development teams.

  • Monitor and manage budget compliance and performance reporting.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.

  • Develop talent within the organization through training and mentorship.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Minimum of a 3-year tertiary education in Sales, Financial, Marketing, or Communication.

  • 10+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years in the relevant industry.

  • 5 years of business development experience.

  • 10+ years in sales, including managing sales teams and developing channels.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Sales and Channel Management.

  • Experience in business planning and revenue forecasting.

  • Proven experience in building alternative sales channels within Enterprise.

  • Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies is an advantage.
