Job Description
The PR Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop and implement PR strategies, and maintain strong relationships with the media. This role involves managing crisis communication, coordinating PR activities, and ensuring consistent and positive press coverage. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, innovative, and able to think strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Develop strategic PR campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure positive press coverage.
Handle crisis communication with tact and professionalism.
Coordinate and manage PR activities, including media events and press releases.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
At least 5 years of experience in a PR agency, with a minimum of 2 years as an Account Manager.
Proven ability to develop creative and strategic PR campaigns.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and media relations.
Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
