Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in airline ticketing, travel agencies, or airline customer service is preferred.
IATA Certificate.

Accuracy in data entry, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.
